The topic of the day is circularity and recyclability, however, recycling stream contamination and APR approval are challenges both brands and converters must own.

SmartSolve offers a breakthrough label technology, with materials that can be washed off after use, these materials dissolve in any water temperature with minimal pressure or agitation. Our “dissolvable” water-soluble pressure sensitive label technology is safe for the environment and ultimately biodegradable, per OECD 301B.

According to an independent laboratory, our label technology has proven to improve the recyclability of PET plastics because the label washes off entirely during the recycling wash process, leaving behind a pure plastic granule.
