Max Velinsky, founder of Nature Buff Soap, has always been an outdoor enthusiast and avid surfer. Velinsky shares “There have been many occasions where I was on a backpacking trip and found myself jumping in a river to rinse off or on the back of a boat in a remote location using a freshwater wash down after a long day of surfing. Most of these occasions I am either really dirty, covered in zinc/sunscreen, or both, without a real solution to get clean before I turn in for the day.”
Nature Buff Soaps essentially was born out of this problem that Velinsky experienced regularly. “Nature Buff Soap provides a 100% biodegradable all in one travel soap solution, shampoo – body bar – wash cloth, tough enough to clean the dirtiest bodies in the buff, while leaving nature like you weren’t even there. It really scrubs the sunscreen and grime off leaving you squeaky clean in nature!”
Even with this incredible innovation in travel soaps Nature Buff still needed to find a partner for packaging their product.
