At SmartSolve, we are thrilled to welcome new members to our team, and one of our latest additions is Natalie Ferrin! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), she focuses on generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups on inbound inquiries.
Background and Insights
Before joining the team, Natalie worked as an outside sales representative at Veritiv, where she gained experience in developing customer relationships and navigating complex sales cycles. Prior to that, she has industry experience by working for Seaman Paper Company. Natalie also held the role of Assistant Director for a youth soccer club in Tampa, where she developed leadership and teamwork skills.
What are you most looking forward to in your role at SmartSolve?
When asked this question, Natalie stated, “I am most looking forward to the growth opportunities for the company as a whole but also for my career path. This is the first time since being in the work force where I have seen a clear path for growth within a specific company.”
What inspires you most about working at SmartSolve?
One of the things that inspires Natalie about SmartSolve is the company’s unique combination of faith and environmental commitment. “Something that inspires me about SmartSolve would be that they are God loving and earth loving. I find that it is something that no other company has. I can’t wait to spread our story, product and love for the Lord across America and the world.”
What aspects of SmartSolve’s culture resonate most with you?
Our Purpose: To glorify Christ through our character and actions as we faithfully steward His creation and resources.
Natalie shared that SmartSolve’s Purpose Statement resonated with her the most because she can look at it in many ways. “By helping businesses solve complex problems with SmartSolve’s solutions, I can contribute to a greater good, stewarding resources responsibly while maintaining strong ethical standards. The opportunity to work in a team that values collaboration and personal growth would allow me to live out my purpose in both character and action.”
A Personal Touch
Outside of work, Natalie is passionate about a variety of activities. She enjoys soccer, reading and writing, photography, travel, and volunteering. These interests allow her to connect with others, explore new ideas, and make a positive impact in her community.
