We are excited to introduce our new Customer Success Technician (CST), Marty Lavey. Marty joined the SmartSolve team in April 2023 and has 30+ years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to his new role, Marty was a press operator for 23 years and a key account manager for CMC Group. He is an expert in sheet fed, web printing, and finishing.
About His Role
As the CST, Marty will work with SmartSolve customers, ensuring their operational readiness to utilize our innovative water-soluble materials through the use of training materials, on-site visits, video calls, etc. This position involves maintaining product quality, answering customer application and manufacturing questions, and understanding the best practices to coat, print, slit, and other converting activities.
The primary goal of the Customer Success Technician is to work with customers through any of their applications and successfully onboard SmartSolve materials to new or existing lines.
