We’re excited to introduce you to another new member of our team, Reagan Bryant! Reagan joined SmartSolve this November, alongside our other new Sales Development Rep (SDR), Natalie Ferrin. We’re thrilled to have him on board as he brings a fresh perspective and an excitement for sustainable solutions to the team.
Background and Insights
Before SmartSolve, Reagan worked at ComScore, a leading data technology company, within their Sales Operations department. “It gave me a foundational background in sales and helped me understand the inner workings of the sales process,” Reagan explains. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on sales, preparing him for his new role at SmartSolve.
What are you most looking forward to in your role at SmartSolve?
When asked this question Regan responded, “I’m looking forward to forming lasting relationships with clients to further change the consumer landscape with our packaging technology.”
What inspires you most about working at SmartSolve?
Reagan finds inspiration in the people, mission, and products at SmartSolve. He shared, “It’s a powerful trifecta—where the people, mission, and products really spark excitement for the future.” This combination fuels his drive and passion, making him excited to contribute to SmartSolve’s growth and innovation.
What aspects of SmartSolve’s culture resonate most with you?
Our Purpose: To glorify Christ through our character and actions as we faithfully steward His creation and resources.
Reagan shared that SmartSolve’s Purpose Statement resonated with him the most, as it aligns closest with his personal life. He stated, “the Lord has commanded us to be good stewards of what he has created, as was Adam’s purpose in the garden. Not only does this apply in our work, but in our personal lives, as well. What the Lord has gifted us with, we should care for it for God’s glory.”
Reagan’s Passion for the Outdoors
Outside of work, Reagan enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Whether it’s traveling, exercising, or simply enjoying nature, he loves experiencing all that the world has to offer. His passion for outdoor activities helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance and fuels his energy for both personal and professional endeavors.
